How to Become an Approved Vendor

To be added to this approved list, remote online notarization (RON) platforms must meet specific state security and compliance standards. At a minimum, providers must ensure:

• Multi-factor authentication and identity proofing.
• Secure, tamper-evident audio-visual recording.
• Encrypted electronic journaling and audit trails.

If you represent a vendor seeking approval, please contact our office or submit your details through the proper channels for review. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
